Green Spinach poori



Method: Wash and chop the spinach leaves cover and cook in a pan for five minutes on low flame. Uncover the pan and dry any liquid which is left. Grind the cooked spinach to a fine paste. Sift the wheat flour. Add seasonings and rub in the melted ghee. Add spinach and make a stiff dough. Leave the dough covered for 20-30 minutes. Knead the dough again for few minutes. Divide the dough into equal portions and shape into balls. Roll each ball into a thin round using oil. Heat oil in a kadahi and fry each poori on both sides. Serve hot.
