Baked yoghurt with compote for any summer noon

Baking yoghurt with compote fruit makes a very nutritive and tasty recipe. You can serve it at any summer noon for your loved ones.


Yoghurt cream 500gm

Condensed milk 400gm

Fruit Compote 400gm

Mint for garnishing

How to prepare

Mix all the ingredients well, strain to remove any lumps. Pour into ramekins in a water bath.

Bake at 150 degrees celsius for seven to eight minutes.

Let it cool to room temperature, and then refrigerate.

Serve chilled with fruit compote, garnished with mint.
