6 (3-inch) Burgers
Ingredients
1 Ib. tofu
1/4 cup wheat germ
1/4 cup whole wheat flour
2 tablespoons nutritional yeast
1 tablespoon grated onion
1.2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon poultry seasoning
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1 tablespoon oil

How to prepare

In a bowl, mix and mash together all ingredients except the oil and form into 3-inch burgers. Brown each side in the oil. Serve hot on a bun, either plain or with all the fixin's.
