Chicken Korma This Weekend


800 gms Chicken
1/2 Tablespoon Garlic paste
2 Green chilies (sliced)
1 Tablespoon coriander powder
1/2 Tablespoon Red chili powder
1-1/2 Tablespoon grated coconut
1 Cup curd

Salt to taste

3-4 Onions (sliced)
1 Tablespoon ginger paste
1 Tablespoon cumin powder
1/2 Tablespoon Turmeric powder
1/2 Tablespoon Garam masala
3-4 Green cardamoms (crushed)
2 Tablespoon Oil

How to prepare

Wash and cut the chicken into small pieces. Heat oil in a pan and fry chilies and onions get brown. Add ginger, garlic paste, all the spices and coconut. Continue to fry until the spices darken in color. Add chicken pieces and the half on the curd. Simmer until is chicken is cooked, adding little water if necessary. Stir in the remaining curd and salt. Cook again for 2-3 minutes and serve hot.
