Ingredients
Three ripe tomatoes, one big ripe mango, two spring onions (chopped), two tbsp fresh coriander leaves, one-fourth cup tomato juice, salt and pepper to taste, half tbsp red chili powder.
How To Prepare
Combine tomatoes, mango, spring onions and coriander leaves in a bowl. Mix tomato juice, salt, pepper and red chili powder. Pour it over the tomato mixture. Mix well and serve cold to your guests.
