Ingredients
Refined flour 225gm
1 Egg
Baking powder 7gm
Milk 10ml
Oil 10ml
Salt 5gm
Water 120ml
Mozzarella cheese 1/2 cup
Chole Masala 1 tablespoon
How to prepare
Make a dough using all ingredients. Put the dough aside. Make individual pedals and rest again for some more time till dough relaxes.
Mix the grated mozzarella cheese with chole masala and stuff this mixture on naan dough pedals.
Flatten with hand and with to the desired size. Cook in a Tandoor till done and brush with ghee.
Serve hot.
