Ingredients
1 Tablespoon vegetable oil
2 Medium onions, diced
1 Cup water
3 Potatoes
2 Green bell peppers, chopped
3/4 Teaspoon dried marjoram
1 Teaspoon salt
How to prepare
Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Saute onions in the oil for a few minutes. Now, add the potatoes, peppers, and water. Cook until the potatoes get soft.
Add the marjoram and salt, stir and serve.
