Delicious spicy vegetables and roti salad


1 Cup whole wheat flour

2 tablespoon long, thinly chopped carrot

2 tablespoon sweet corn boiled

1 tablespoon long, thinly chopped cabbage

1 tablespoon long, thinly chopped capsicum

1 tablespoon small chopped ginger

1 tablespoon small chopped green garlic

2 tablespoon small chopped spring onion

1 tablespoon green peas boiled  

1 tablespoon broccoli chopped

1 tablespoon small chopped green chilli

1/4 tablespoon red chilli powder

Salt to taste

3 tablespoon refined oil

2 tablespoon tomato Ketchup

1 tablespoon soya sauce

2 tablespoon olive oil mayonnaise.

How to prepare

Prepare thin rotis using flour, salt, water, refined oil and let them cool down.

Then cut them in vertical pieces.

In a pan heat two tablespoon of refined oil. Add carrot, cabbage, capsicum, ginger, green garlic, green chilli and saute for five minutes. Then add broccoli, green onion and saute for two minutes. After that, mix sweet corn and green peas.

Add salt, red chilli powder, tomato ketchup and soya sauce.

Put roti pieces in this mixture and cook for two or three minutes.

Serve hot with olive oil mayonnaise
