Easy To Cook Apple Chutney


4 Cups Apples (Peeled and grated)
1/2 Tablespoon Caraway seeds
8-10 Peppercorns (crushed)
1 Tablespoon Lemon juice
1 Tablespoon Cumin seeds (roasted)

Salt to taste

3-1/2 Tablespoon Sugar

How to prepare

Place apples in a pan and cook covered on a low flame until soft and mushy. Add cumin, caraway seeds, salt, pepper, sugar and lemon juice. Allow chutney to cook until thick. Serve when cool.
