Method: Heat ghee in a heavy bottomed pan fry cumin seeds add cardamom, cinnamon, cloves, salt , water and rice. Boil for 3-4 minutes on high flame then cover and cook on low flame till rice is done and all
water is absorbed. Remove all juice from the fruit and add to the rice. Add cashew nuts mix gently. Cover with a tight fitting lid and place on a hot griddle for 10 minutes. When it is serve it hot.
