Get nutrition with taste, Try Chilli Lime Tofu at home

Chilli Lime Tofu is a very fine option for lunch or dinner. It is very easy to prepare and nutritive with taste.


2 Tablespoon yoghurt

1 Fresh finely chopped red chilli

1 Tablespoon lime zest

2 tablespoon paprika powder

1 tablespoon crushed black pepper

1 Tablespoon lime juice

Tofu, cut into 1-inch cubes, 400 gm

1 Tablespoon oil

Salt to taste


How to prepare

In the bowl, beat the hung yoghurt, chilli, lime zest, paprika, black pepper, salt and lime juice together till light and creamy. Add the tofu cubes to the marinade, setting aside a little of the marinade to apply the cheese while grilling. Mix well and refrigerate it for one hour.

Preheat a non-stick grill pan and arrange the marinated tofu on bamboo skewers.

Lightly grease the non-stick pan with oil, grill the tofu for 6-7 minutes on each side, brushing occasionally with extra marinade.

Serve it hot with pineapple salsa.
