How to prepare Puffed Rice Bhel with seasonal fruits


Ingredients

300 gm of assorted and chopped fruit – apple, guava pear and peach etc.

250 gm of puffed rice

200 gm of nylon sev

200 gm of kadak puri

100 gm of chopped dates

50 gm ketchup

2 finely chopped green chillies

1 small onion finely chopped

1 small tomato finely chopped

Juice of 1 lemon

1 teaspoon chaat masala

1 teaspoon red chilli powder

Salt

How to prepare

Mix all the ingredients in a big bowl.

Serve in large bowls before the puffed rice gets soggy.

Tastes better when served with hot masala tea.
