Minced Parantha



Method: Heat oil and fry onion, ginger, garlic and green chillies until pink in colour. Add keema, salt and garam masala. Stir for a while. Add little water, cover and cook until keema is cooked and dry. Keep aside to cool. Take enough dough and make a round ball. Roll with the rolling pin, place a tablespoon of keema mixture in it, fold all sides, roll again and cook in a preheated tandoor...Your Minced Parantha is ready...
