Nutritive Creole Style Chunky Rice


2 Teaspoons vegetable oil
1 Cup diced onion
1 Cup finely chopped celery
1 Cup finely chopped carrots
3/4 Cup red bell pepper
1/2 Cup finely chopped green bell pepper
2 Cloves garlic, minced
1-1/3 Cups brown rice
1-1/2 Teaspoon creole seasonings
2 Tablespoons chopped fresh parsley

How to prepare

Heat the oil in a large skillet on medium heat. Add celery, peppers, carrots, onion, and garlic with sauce until get tender.

Cook the rice adding the seasoning. When the rice is done, stir in the parsley and vegetables.

Serve immediately.
