Oats and millet pancakes keep you feeling healthy


1/2 Cup oats flour

1/2 Cup millet flour

2 Tablespoon honey

1/2 Tablespoon baking powder

1/2 Tablespoon vanilla essence

1 Egg

1/4 Cup melted butter

1 Cup milk

1/2 Cup jaggery

1/3 Cup cream

How to prepare

To prepare the jaggery caramel syrup, preheat a non-stick pan. Add jaggery to melt properly. Later add cream and mix.

To make pancakes, sift flour and baking powder in a large mixing bowl. Whisk in milk, eggs and melted butter and mix. Preheat a flat pan over medium heat. Scoop 1/4 cup of the pancake batter onto the pan. Let the pancakes cook until bubbles are formed, then flip it over. Cook the other side until it acquires a golden brown color. Serve it hot along with jaggery caramel.
