Ingredients:
Silken tofu (Extra-firm) (1 1/2 cups)
Two spoon apple cider vinegar or lemon juice
one spoon salt
1/8 spoon white pepper
one spoon sweetener
How to prepare:
Combine all the ingredients in a blender until it gets smooth and keeps it in a refrigerator for about two weeks.
Many more variations of mayonnaise can be made by this recipe like Aioli, Tofu-'Hollandaise' or Tofu tartar Sauce etc.
