Ingredients
2 cups whole wheat flour
2 cups unbleached all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1-1/3 teaspoons baking powder
Dash of salt
2 tablespoons sugar
2 cups soy-milk
3 tablespoons lemon juice or vinegar
How to prepare
Preheat the oven to 375 degree. Combine the whole wheat and all-purpose flours, baking powder, baking soda, salt and sugar. Add the soy-milk and lemon juice. Mix until dough forms, it should feel wet. Turn the dough out onto a floured board and knead a few times, just until the dough sticks together. From into a round loaf. Place on a greased cookie sheet and bake for twenty minutes. Serve warm.
