Ingredients
1/2 Pound soft tofu 
1/2 Pound firm tofu 
1 24-ounce can sweet potatoes, packed in syrup 
2 Teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 Teaspoon ground ginger 
1 Teaspoon grated nutmeg 
1 Teaspoon salt
2 Teaspoon salt 
2 Teaspoons vanilla extract 
1/2 Cup sugar 
1 9-inch unbaked pie shell
How to prepare
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
Blend the ingredients for filling in a blender until free of lumps. Pour into the pie shell and bake until a knife inserted in the center.
