Method: Peel and slice the cucumber thinly. Sprinkle some salt and keep aside for 15-20 minutes to remove its bitterness. Combine mint, garlic, and curd in a bowl. Rinse the cucumber in a sieve under cold water. Drain well and combine with the curd. Garnish it with few mint leaves and serve
cold.
