Ingredients
1-1/2 teaspoons greated fresh ginger
1/2 cup grated coconut
3 tablespoons roasted peanuts
2 tablespoons sesame seeds
3-4 cloves garlic
1 tablespoon ground cloves
1 teaspoon turmeric
1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1tablespoon vegetable oil
2 medium cauliflower, cut small pieces
1-1/2 tablespoons mlemon juice
How to prepare
Put the ginger, coconut, peanuts, sesame seeds, garlic and spices in a blender with a small amount of water and blend until smooth, set aside. Heat the oil a medium frying pan over medium heat. Saute the onions until translucent, about five to seven minutes. Add the cauliflower, a pinch of salt and stir until well mixed. Add the spice mixture to the cauliflower, onions and cook on low heat, covered, stirring every few minutes, until the cauliflower is tender (add a little water, if needed), about twelve to fifteen minutes. Add the lemon juice and cook for 3 more minutes. Serve over rice.
