Afghani Chicken Tikka is a perfect treat for your guests who like non-veg recipes. It is very easy to cook and very tasty.
Ingredients
400gm boneless chicken legs
Salt to taste
Juice of one lemon
Two tablespoons of ginger-garlic paste
1/2 cup hung yogurt
Two tablespoons chopped fresh coriander leaves
Mixed bell pepper strips for garnishing
Red radish roundels for garnishing
How to prepare
Put chicken pieces in a bowl. Add salt, lemon juice, and ginger-garlic paste and mix well.
Now, add hung yogurt, and coriander leaves and mix well. Refrigerate it to marinate for 30 minutes.
Now, preheat the air fryer to 180 degrees celsius. Arrange the chicken pieces and air fry for twenty minutes.
Garnish it with bell pepper stripes and radish roundals and serve hot.
