Greenish Green Raita


Ingredients

1 cup Spinach (chopped)
1- 1/2 cup Curd
1 Green Chili
1/2 tsp Salt

For seasoning

1 pinch Asafoetida
1/2 tsp Red chili powder
1/2 tsp Cumin Seeds
1 tsp Oil

How to prepare

Beat Curd with salt. Boil spinach till soft and grind it along with green chili, when cool add to the curd and mix well. Heat Oil in a frying pan, asafoetida cumin seeds and red chilli powder as soon as it splutters, pour over the curd mixture. Mix well and transfer to the serving bowl, serve cold.
