Grilled Potatoes With Coriander


Method: Peel & divide potatoes into two. Scoop the potato with a sharp knife and make a hollow. Combine paneer, peas, green chillies, red chilli powder, salt, garam masala & coriander leaves. Mix well and fill in  the potato hollows. When all are done greased baking tray top with butter & grill in a preheated oven till golden & done. Serve hot with mint chutney.
