Ingredients
2 Whole sweet corn
Salt and pepper
Butter
Coriander chutney
Chili powder
Lemon
Cheese
Oil
How to Prepare
Cut the corn in big rounded, boils in salted water for about 20-25 minutes. Place a small bowl with butter over the corn to melt it. Remove the bowl. Remove one a plate and sprinkle salt of black pepper and toss well.
Apply butter on each with a brush and keep aside for some time.
Preheat the oven at 150 degree Celsius for 10-12 minutes. Take out the tray from the oven grease with some oil and keep it aside. Apply green chutney on each corn with a brush. Sprinkle red chili powder, black salt, lemon juice, and each roundel of corn with grated cheese. Place them on a greased tray, place the tray in the preheated oven, until the cheese melts. Remove in a serving plate and serve.
