1" Piece Ginger (chopped)
1 Tablespoon coriander powder
1 Tablespoon green coriander leaves
1 Tablespoon Poppy Seeds
1/2 Tablespoon Turmeric powder
1/2 Cup Tomato Pulp
2 Onions
2 Tablespoon grated coconut
2 Red Chilies
2-1/2 Tablespoon Ghee/Oil
2 Tablespoon Paneer (grated)
1" Piece Ginger (chopped)
1 Tablespoon coriander powder
1 Tablespoon green coriander leaves
How to prepare
Soak soya granules in lukewarm water for about 10-15 min. Squeeze out all water and keep soya granules aside. Grind onion, ginger, cinnamon, green chilies, garlic, coconut and poppy seeds together.
Heat oil in a pan, add red chili along with onion paste and fry until golden brown in color. Add salt, spices and tomato pulp. Cook until oil floats on top. Add soya granules and stir-fry 4-5 minutes. Add required quantity of water enough to make a thick gravy. Simmer until done and serve hot garnished with grated paneer.
