To Serve: Onion rings & green chutney
Method: Mince the keema till very smooth. Add papaya paste, salt, all powdered masalas, khoya, poppy seeds, ginger, garlic, green chillies and gram flour blend well & keep aside for 15-20 mins. Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a non-stick frying pan. Take a portion of mince mixture and make kababs with slightly wet hands. Shallow fry on both sides till golden brown in colour. When done. Serve hot with onion rings and green chutney.
