Spaghetti Bolognaise is an easy-to-make dish that can be varied based on whatever items they would like to add to it.
How to prepare
Boil four cups of salted water. Add spaghetti to it and let it boil uncovered for 10 minutes. Reduce the flame and let it cook for another 2 to 4 minutes till the spaghetti is soft.
In a kadahi, cook onion and garlic in some olive oil
Add keema to the kadhai and brown it well.
Add a tin of tomato soup and cook on medium flame till it is reduced and thick – usually about 10 minutes
Add in some grated vegetables, as per your choice
Serve spaghetti with some grated cheese.
