Ingredients
500 gms Green chilies / Red chilies (big size)
2 Tablespoon Red chili powder
2 Tablespoon Coriander powder
1/4 Tablespoon Asafoetida powder
2 Tablespoon Mustard powder
1 Tablespoon aniseeds
2-1/2 Tablespoon salt
1/2 Tablespoon Black salt
1 Tablespoon Garam masala powder
1 Tablespoon Mango powder
1 Tablespoon Turmeric powder
Mustard oil
How to prepare
Wash and wipe green chilies with a clean cloth. Combine all spices in a mixing bowl. Add just enough mustard oil and bind the masala together. Make a slit in each green chili and fill the equal amount of masala in it. When all are done, transfer it to the airtight container and use after 3-4 days.
