Ingredients
1/2 cup white flour
1/2 cup whole wheat flour
2 tablespoons baking powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon salt (optional)
1 cup soy milk
1/2 cup applesauce
How to prepare
Combine the dry ingredients and mix. Add the soy milk and applesauce, pour into an oiled waffle iron and cook until golden brown.
Top Tip: You can turn these into pancakes by adding more liquid.
