Breaded Zucchini Sticks With Horseradish Dip


Ingredients

1 cup unbleached all-purpose flour
Salt and pepper, to taste
2 teaspoons garlic powder
4 medium zucchini, cut in half and sliced lengthwise
2 tablespoons olive oil
Dip
1 cup Egg-less mayonnaise
3-4 tablespoons prepared horseradish
Salt to taste

How to prepare

Combine the flour, salt, pepper and garlic powder. Dip the zucchini sticks in the flour mixture and coat well. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Saute the zucchini for about five minutes, then place zucchini on a paper towel to soak up any excess oil. For the dip, combine the mayonnaise, horseradish and salt. Arrange the zucchini sticks on a platter. Pour the horseradish dip into a small dip bowl and serve with the zucchini.
