A large cauliflower, cut into small pieces
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1 green bell pepper, chopped
1 small onion, chopped
Salt and pepper to taste
1 tablespoon water

Steam the cauliflower in a small amount of water for only a few minutes (it must be very crisp:just lightly cooked).

In a large skillet, heat the oil on high. Once the oil is hot, add the onion and green pepper and Cook until the onion is translucent, about 5 minutes. Turn the heat to medium and cook for another minute, then add the cauliflower. Stir well. Add the salt and pepper and stir well. Add the water and cook a minute longer. Do not overcook (the cauliflower should remain firm).
