Ingredients
1 cup cooked chickpeas, drained and mashed
1/2 stalk celery, finely chopped
1 tablespoon finely chopped onion
1-1/2 tablespoons Egg-less Mayonnaise
1/2 teaspoon prepared mustard
1/2 teaspoon lemon juice
Salt and pepper, to taste
How to prepare
Mix all the ingredients in a bowl. Add salt and pepper to taste.
