Ingredients
Two sweet apples, peeled, cored, and chopped
Two ripe medium bananas, peeled and sliced
1/2 pound soft tofu, drained and crumbled
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
One whole clove
1/2 teaspoon grated nutmeg
How To Prepare
Combine all the ingredients in a blender or food processor and blend until smooth. Now chill and spread on top of your morning bagel or toast.
