Tofu Frosting: an excellent icing for carrot cake

It is nearly fat-free since there is no margarine or butter used in this recipe. Even, no any type of cooking is needed to prepare this. You can say, it is fireless cooking. You can also add a few flavor extracts to make it different. You can try some mint extract in it too. It is must for icing of a carrot cake.  
1/2 Pound soft tofu
2 Tablespoons lemon juice 
3-4 Tablespoons confectionery sugar 
1/2 Teaspoon vanilla extract 
How to prepare 
Place all the ingredients in a blender and puree until it gets very smooth.
You can frost any cake with this.
