The batter for the yellow cake
1 Cup espresso or other any strong coffee
Tofu whipped cream
1 Tablespoon cocoa powder

How to Prepare
Preheat the oven to 325 degrees F. Grease a baking pan. Prepare the cake batter according to the recipe then pour the batter into the prepared pan. The batter should be less than two inches high. Bake until a knife inserted in the centre comes out clean.
Cool cake on a rack, then cut the cake into thirds and place one slice into a loaf pan. Pour one-third of the espresso over the cake and cover with the remaining cake slices, espresso, and tofu whipped cream.
Refrigerate for one hour before serving. Sprinkle the top with the cocoa powder before serving.
