Hung curd 400 grams
Crushed and roasted walnut 20 grams
Dry cranberries 10 grams
Dry five grams rose petals
Mint leaves fresh five grams
Fresh Dill leaves
Fresh Parsley five grams
Toasted Cumin powder one gram
Crushed black pepper one gram
Salt as per the taste
How to prepare
Wash, drain and dry properly all the fresh herbs. Chop all these herbs and keep them aside. Now, whip the hung curd along with all the ingredients and season with the salt and grated black pepper.
Garnish it with mixed herbs, crushed walnut, dried rose petals, and serve.
