How to prepare
Bring the oranges to boil until completely soft. Cool and remove pips. Pulp the cooled cooked oranges with the skin in a food processor to a smooth consistency. Now preheat oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
Melt the chocolate in a pan over boiling water. Whisk eggs, oil, and sugar. Fold in the orange puree mix. Stir in the melted chocolate, flour, and cocoa powder. Pour into a greased baking cake tin.
Now, Bake for 45 min. Check after 30 min-if you find that the cake is turning too brown, cover with foil.
You can decorate the cake with candied orange peels or serve it without a topping.
