Kids would just love this pineapple cake

Kids and your guests would definitely like this pineapple cake. Also, it is very easy to prepare and tasteful. 


Two cups of flour

Four teaspoons of baking powder

Lemon zest

1/2 cup of oil

3/4 cup white granulated sugar


3/4 Cup of milk

How to prepare

Preheat your oven to 180-degree Celcius. Grease the pan with butter and sprinkle brown sugar evenly in the base. Arrange the fruit in an even layer on top of the sugar.

In a medium bowl, whisk two cups of flour, four teaspoons of baking powder and lemon zest.

In a large bowl, beat 1/2 cup of oil and 3/4 cup white granulated sugar until light and fluffy also beat the yoghurt.

Add the flour mixture to the wet ingredients alternating with 3/4 cup of milk, starting and ending with flour mixture. Beat it until it gets smooth.

Carefully pour the batter over the arranged fruit and bake for 30-40 minutes until the top gets brown in colour.

Let the cake rest in the tin for 10-15 minutes before taking it out.
