Teens love some chat. But, monsoons are not the time to eat at a chat centre. How about putting some good, old Bhel Puri together, but with a creative twist that would appeal to your teenagers?
How to prepare
Cut two medium-sized boiled potatoes into small cubes and keep them aside.
Deep fry four papads, drain them and immediately press down in the centre with a wooden spoon. This will give your papads a bowl-like shape.
To the bowl of potatoes add masala chana dal, red chilli chutney, sweet chutney, green chutney, and Sev. Add some fresh coriander leaves and mix well.
Put the Bhel in the papad bowl and top with a little Sev to serve immediately.
