How to prepare
Pick and wash dal. Add water, salt and turmeric powder and cook in a pressure cooker until done. Heat Ghee in a frying pan fry Onions to golden brown. Add green chilies, chili powder, cinnamon, green cardamoms, coconut, cloves and bay leaves. Stir well and mix to the cooked dal. Add cream, stir and simmer over low flame for 4-5 minutes. Serve hot garnished with coriander leaves.
