Delicious Sukhe Matar


Ingredients

1 Cup white peas
2 Potatoes (boiled)
2 Tomatoes (boiled)
1 tsp Cumin powder
1 tsp Mango powder 
1 tbsp Coriander leaves 
2 Green chilies 
2 Onions (chopped)
Salt to taste
2 tsp Chili powder
1/2 tsp Garam masala 
Lemon juice to taste 

How to prepare

Wash and soak peas overnight. Boil with sufficient water till soft. Peel and chop potatoes into cubes and add to peas. Add onions, tomatoes, green chilies, chili powder, cumin powder, garam masala, mango powder, coriander leaves and salt to taste. Stir well and serve with lemon juice to taste along with Kulcha.
