Ingredients
3/4 cup olive oil
1/3 cup red wine vinegar
2 garlic cloves, pressed
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon minced fresh parsley
2 teaspoon minced fresh basil
1/2-1 teaspoon sugar
How to prepare
Put all the ingredients in a jar with a tight lid and shake vigorously. Good with green salads. If refrigerated, it will keep indefinitely.
