Raspberry Vinaigrette


Ingredients

1-1/2 cups fresh rasperries

1 tablespoon sugar

1/4 teaspoon dried thyme leaves

1/4 teaspoon pepper

2 tablespoon distilled white vinegar

3 tablespoons water

1-1/2 teaspoons vegetable oil

1/4 teaspoon salt

How to prepare

Combine all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Strain to remove the seeds. Chill for four hours.

Makes 1 cup

Preparation Time: 15 minutes

Chilling Time: 4 hours
