{/googleAds} How to perpare : Peel eggs and divide into two from the centre. scoop out yolt of an egg and keep aside. in a bowl mash paneer, add Boiled peas, green chillies, raisins, almonds, salt and pepper along with the yolks. mix well and stuff the mixture in hollow of an egg white. in another Bowl take flour add a pinch of salt and make a thin batter by adding water. dip stuffed eggs in batter abd fry till golden colour, when all are done keep Aside. heat oil in a frying pan fry onions to golden in colour. place tomatoes in a mixer add fried onions, cardamoms, clone and cinnamon. grind all Masla to a fine paste. transfer mmasla back to the frying pan, add ginger garlic paste salt red chilli powder,kasoori methi.cook masla is done. pour half Cup of boiling water for the gravy, mix well gently drop in the fried eggs stir well and simmer for two minutes, and transfer to a serving and serve hot Garnished with garam masla.
