Fish Cutlets


 

Method: Combine shredded fish, mashed potatoes, ginger, garlic, salt, red chilli powder, garam masala and green chillies. Mix well and shape into cutlets. Dip in beaten egg and coat with bread crumbs. Deep fry in hot oil until golden brown in  colour. Serve hot with chutney or sauce.
