Fruit Roll



Method: Combine banana, apple, pineapple, and cherries in a bowl. Sprinkle crushed cardamoms seeds and refrigerator in a freezer for 2-3 hours. Heat oil in a Kadahi, dip bread slices in water one at a time,
squeeze excess water and fill in the frozen fruit mixture. Fold on all sides and deep fry till golden and crisp . When all rolls are done, place them in a bowl. Top with milkmaid and place it in a refrigerator to cool. Serve when cold garnished with nuts.
