Ingredients
500 gms Mutton
1 tsp Ginger juice
5 Green cardamoms
2 tbsp Desiccated coconut
1/2 cup Curd
1/2 cup Khoya (grated)
1/2 tsp Kewra essence
2 white onions
1/2 tsp Garlic juice
1/2 tsp White pepper
8 pieces Cashew-nuts
1/2 cup Cream
3 tbsp Ghee
Silverback
Salt to taste
How to prepare
Clean and wash mutton pieces. Grind onion, cashew nuts and coconut to a fine paste. In a pan place mutton pieces, pour 2-1/2 cups of water, add a little salt and cardamoms. Cover and cook till is done.
Heat ghee in a kadhai, fry onion paste, ginger and garlic juice. Add cooked mutton pieces, beaten curd, pepper cream, khoya, kewra essence, and salt. Cook for 2-3 minutes. Garnish with silver vark and serve hot.
