Method: Clean and wash mutton pieces. Grind onion, cashew nuts and coconut to a fine paste. In a pan place mutton pieces, pour 2.1/2 cups of water, add a little salt and cardamoms. Cover and cook till it is done. Heat ghee in a kadahi, fry onion paste, ginger and garlic juice. Add cooked mutton pieces, beaten curd, pepper cream, khoya, kewra essence and salt. Cook for 2-3 minutes. Garnish with silver foil and serve hot.
