Try this nutritious and tasty special paleo chocolate pudding at home at least once. Your loved ones would just like it.
100gm vegan chocolate
1 tablespoon coconut oil
1/4 cup maple syrup or honey
1/2 cup almond flour
1/3 Almond milk
How to prepare
Preheat the oven to 170 degrees celsius. Melt the chocolate, coconut oil and maple syrup or honey in a bowl over a double boiler.
Separate the eggs. Beat the egg whites to soft peaks.
Add the yolks to the cooled melted chocolate mixture. Add the milk and the flour to the mixture.
Now, fold the egg whites into the mixture.
Grease four ramekins with coconut oil. Pour equally into all. Bake for 15 minutes.
Serve hot with fresh strawberries or vegan ice cream.
