Tasty cucumber with yoghurt in the summer season is a very good idea for a lunch. It is also called Tzatziki in some areas.
Ingredients
1 Peeled and diced cucumber
3 Cups natural Greek yoghurt
1/2 Tablespoon vinegar
2 Tablespoon olive oil
1 Tablespoon chopped fresh mint
1 Tablespoon chopped fresh dill
2 Chopped cloves of garlic
Salt as taste
Pepper as taste
How to prepare
Mix cucumber with all the ingredients. Refrigerate it in a bowl. Serve it chilled.
